PRICES AND EXAMPLES

UNIVERSAL FEES

- I will provide a maximum of 2 major sketch changes free of charge, and any further are +$5 per change.
<sub>- Examples of a major sketch change are: Complete anatomy change, complete pose change, or several requests of "bigger" in anatomical contexts.
- This is to prevent my work being exploited for things like fetish comics. If I suspect you are trying to do this, I may cancel the comm.
- Please redline the sketches I send you and show what you are looking for, it saves us both a lot of time.
- This applies to the beginning process of any comm. I will not do any major changes like these after linework is finished without a larger fee.</sub>- Alts that require changing the lineart, colors, or rendering will impose a fee that scales based on how major the change is. At most, it will be $25, assuming the change is reasonable. The minimum is $5.
<sub>- I will provide simple alts like no shading or filters/color correction free of charge, just be sure to ask.
- A "reasonable" change for me is something like a pose change for a single limb, adding an optional accessory, or doing an alternative expression.
- A "reasonable" change that would incur the highest fee would be something like adding large complex limbs (like wings), a moderate outfit change, a complete lighting change, or a completely different shading style.
- These may take a while to send out to you depending on the complexity of your comm.
- I will do at most 2 alts, anything more I will either charge for or outright decline.
- Please don't ask for alts of alts.</sub>- If I take in your comm despite the character having an unfinished/uncertain design and you want me to finish them up/change aspects of the design, I will charge a varying fee depending on how large the adjustment(s) are. At most, this will be $30 for particularly major additions/changes. The minimum is $5.
<sub>- "Major additions/changes" in this context means designing/redesigning over 50% of the character.
- If we ever reach the point where I am redesigning your character/creating an alternate form for your character, I will charge my full custom comm price as a fee. It practically doubles the time of the comm.
- Minor changes/additions are free of charge. "Minor changes/additions" in this context are things like changing the color of certain aspects, adding small accessories, and swapping out certain traits for others of similar or lower complexity.
- In the case where the only image you have of your design is chibi/simple and you are specifying aspects of their design like body type, I will not charge for this.</sub>- Including things like animals in your commission will incur the added-character fee depending on complexity.
<sub>- Examples of animals that would be free of charge are: Birds, cats, dogs, bunnies, and other small domestic creatures.
- Examples of animals that would be considered an added character are: Horses, classical dragons, large dogs, and large livestock.
- In general, if the added animal is large and important to the piece, they are considered a character.
- Any creatures I include on my own for purposes of posing or backgrounds will not be charged for.</sub>- If I feel as though us working together has brought up a scenario where I am feeling exploited or overworked, I will bring it up civilly and ask what we can do to rectify this. Should things end up leaving either party unhappy or unwilling to continue, refunds can be discussed.- If I feel comfortable with you, I will likely ask that all fees not be paid until the commission is done so that it can all be sent in one go (if there are multiple). Otherwise, I will expect each one upfront.

I'm gonna put this here, first and foremost, because I am very tired of it. My turnaround time is very very slow and tends to fluctuate a LOT depending on IRL circumstances and mental health.
PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU ARE AN IMPATIENT PERSON, YOU'RE SIGNING YOURSELF UP FOR UNDUE STRESS.

- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. If I decide to cancel a commission, you will be refunded in full.- Under no circumstance is my signature to be removed from the final product. If it is distracting, please ask me to edit it, not remove it. It must also not be covered.- The client is free to repost and use the final product so long as there are proper credits. Please contact me about commercial use.- The client will always receive the full-size PNG of the final commission. Custom type can also receive a PSD of their commission(s) for any edits of their own if requested.- Any edits of the final piece made by the client must still have the original credited back to me.- Clients who claim the original art or design as their own will be blacklisted and prevented from ordering from me in the future.- Physical copies of my work are fine as long as it is for personal use (phone cases, stickers, etc). I will not do this for you and I do not offer it as a service. Do not sell these for profit without my written permission.- If you are not specific with your order, you are giving me artistic freedom.- I will not completely redo your commission unless there is a major mistake on my part.- You may add the value of the commission to the value of the character, should you be the owner of said character. If it is a gift for somebody else, they are free to add the value to their character.- If you sell the character I have been asked to draw and I have not finished the commission, you may NOT add the worth of the commission to their worth until it is finished. The new owner of the character is not expected to cover this expense and you will not use my work to earn more money for yourself.- Payment is through Paypal, Kofi, or Cashapp only. Vouchers are friends only and I expect they be provided within 36 hours. I do not accept "exposure" as pay.- I take full payment upfront, no exceptions. I do not begin the commission until I receive payment.- I only do full refunds before linework is finished. After that point, I keep what my time was worth.-Filing a chargeback without warning will get you permanently blocked, blacklisted from my services, and placed on my public blacklist. If there is a problem or you just want a refund, tell me.- Do not commission me if you do not have the funds to do so, your bills come before my art.- All things sold are digital, and nothing will be physical. If you lose your final piece, contact me and I will resend it.- I have full rights to the artwork unless it is bought from me. I reserve the right to use any commission I take in as an example in future portfolios.- Strict deadlines are accepted on a case-by-case basis, please contact me for more information on such.- Using my art, commissioned or not, in any AI, NFT, or crypto scenario is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply will result in a permanent blacklisting from my services.

Miscellaneous

- My turnaround time tends to fluctuate wildly. I cannot give a wholly accurate estimate on how long things may take, so please do not do business with me if you are expecting something nice and quick. I, however, do not mind being poked occasionally for checkups. Just please do not spam me.- I work on my commission queue during the week and use the weekend for myself.- I usually just provide check-ins at the sketch and final product, though sometimes I may show flat colors if what I colored was not provided on the ref sheet. You are free to ask me to show more steps no problem.- I ask that I do not get ghosted at any point during the quoting or ordering process. Please make it clear if you can't pull through with something or you are unhappy with progress.- If you ghost me during the process, I will not continue the commission for a week maximum. If you do not get back to me within that week, I will finish your commission without your feedback and any changes you want past that point will incur fees.- I would much prefer if I were given fully colored and complete reference images, I do not want to be the person responsible for completing your character's design.- Often times I try to make up for long waits with a little extra on commissions. If its been over 6 months, feel free to ask for something specific. Just be reasonable, that's all I ask.- I highly appreciate the client providing any sort of help for the commission to make sure it turns out the way they would like. This can include things like redlining my sketch, providing similar pieces of art, and being clear in communication when it comes to telling me they aren't happy with the current turnout.
